We encourage students to fill out their applications early, as we anticipate selling out of parking permits this year. Some parking permits may be held in reserve due to construction on campus. As summer/fall construction projects finish, additional parking may become available.
We anticipate parking permits being available for pickup the week of August 10, 2026. Exact hours will be published later this summer once we have additional information on on-going construction projects. Once the school year starts, permits will be available for pickup in the Pride House two business days after approval of your application, again provided that your application was complete and all fees are paid.
Any questions, please contact Mary Larounis at (630) 375-3699 or [email protected]. Please note that staff are not avilable over the summer between June 4th and July 27th. No updates or questions related to parking permits will be answered until secretarial staff return to the school building on July 27, 2026

Off-Campus Parking Option
|
Our on-campus student lot is expected to fill for the 2026–2027 school year. Students who are unable to secure a Waubonsie Valley parking permit, including sophomores, may apply for a parking permit through Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, located just north of campus.
Please note: Parking permits for Our Lady of Mercy are issued at the discretion of the church and are not overseen by Waubonsie Valley High School. Students should carefully review the church’s parking requirements and expectations prior to applying. |
